Martha began her entrepreneur career when she joined a direct selling company in 1985 just to "earn a little extra money" and because she loved the products. She quickly saw a much bigger vision, began to share her love of direct selling with other women and grew a multimillion dollar organization during her 23 years with this company. As a result, she earned many of the top awards presented by the company and was asked to speak, train and share her success strategies at company events nationwide.
The opportunity to make a difference for other women as she shared, encouraged and inspired others to create a lifestyle of their choosing is what Martha values most from her direct selling experience and is as they say, "priceless".
A life changing event in 2007 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and her passion for empowering women entrepreneurs to design the business and life of their dreams resulted in the creation of her own company. In 2009, she launched Your Perfect World®. She stepped forward with confidence because she knew that she had information, proven strategies that were easily adaptable, the hands-on experience and the passion necessary to bring to her presentations and programs.
Couple Martha's passion with her experience of being a direct selling, working mom who had to figure out her own personal family and career life balance and you have someone who totally understands the importance of time management and what it means to a woman in today's hectic world.
The practical programs and systems that Martha has created addresses the needs of today's busy working moms and give them the tools that they need to fit all of the puzzle pieces of their life together based on their own unique circumstances. Her speaking and coaching programs are cutting edge, unique, information packed, action - oriented, effective and will accelerate the achievement of desired results.
Martha lives in Illinois in her dream home surrounded by her family and friends. Being able to live the life of her dreams and empower other women to do the same is what she calls living in Your Perfect World®.
